Intermediate Pilates Full-Body Workout | “The Mountains are Calling” 10-Day Series – 8


This 25-minute intermediate Pilates routine will work the full body, including the abs, upper body and lower body. It includes a combination of core strength, spinal mobility, torso stability, and full body control.

This video is also Day 8 in my 10-Day Pilates series “The Mountains are Calling”, a progressive series where each day’s workout is more challenging than the day before. The routines progress from a beginner level pilates workout on Day One to an intermediate/advanced routine at the end of the 10 days. The outdoor workouts help us connect with nature in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. If you aren’t completing the series though, no worries!
